1. Scope of Services

EnergyTalent provides the following offerings:

• Customized recruitment services for energy sector leadership roles.
• Digital information products, including industry guides and templates.
• Physical goods, such as branded promotional materials.

2. Service Terms

All engagements for recruitment services are confirmed upon payment and agreement on project details. Project timelines and deliverables will be defined in a separate statement of work.

3. Information Products

Digital products are delivered via download links or online access. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. After any access or download, no refund will be issued due to the nature of digital goods.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items will be shipped to the address you provide. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may ship back the item within 30 days of delivery for inspection. Eligible refunds will be processed after we confirm the condition of the item. Shipping costs for sending back damaged goods will be covered by EnergyTalent.

5. Refund Policy

Recruitment Services

You may cancel or reschedule a service session up to 48 hours before the agreed start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and resource allocation.

Information Products

Refunds for digital products must be requested within 14 days of purchase and only if no download or access has occurred. After access is verified, no refund will be granted.

Physical Goods

Damaged or defective goods may be shipped back within 30 days for inspection. We will process a refund within 10 business days of approving the claim. Replacements may be offered at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

EnergyTalent and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. The updated terms take effect when published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
